LIST OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES SUBJECT TO MANDATORY QUALITY CONTROL

Pursuant to Law on Telecommunication dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to Law on Standards and Technical regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Law on Products and Goods Quality dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP dated April 6, 2011 of Government on elaborating to Law on Telecommunications;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP on 1st of August, 2007 by the Government on elaboration of implementation of a number of Articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 by the Government elaborating a number of Articles of the Law on Products and Goods Quality;

At request of Director General of Vietnam Telecommunications Authority,

Minister of Information and Communications promulgates Circular on list of telecommunication services subject to mandatory quality control.

Article 1. List of telecommunication services subject to mandatory quality and corresponding National technical regulations applied to each service are as follows:

1. This Circular comes into effect from December 15, 2020 and replaces Circular No. 35/2015/TT-BTTTT dated December 15, 2015 of Minister of Information and Communications on List of telecommunication services subject to mandatory quality control.

2. Director General of Vietnam Telecommunications Authority, heads of agencies and entities affiliated to Ministry of Information and Communications, directors of Departments of Information and Communications of provinces and central-affiliated cities; relevant General Directors and Directors of telecommunication enterprises and organizations are responsible for implementation of this Circular.

3. Difficulties that arise during implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to Ministry of Information and Communications (for Vietnam Telecommunications Authority) for consideration./.
