In order to satisfy requirements of credit statistic and information to serve the direction, management of credit activity, the State Bank of Vietnam requires credit institutions and State Bank branches in provinces, cities to make report on some credit norms as follows:
1. Credit institutions shall make monthly report on their credit activity for real estate sector and serving living demand on 10th of the month following the reporting month, including following contents:
- Outstanding credit loan for real estate sector in Form No. 01
- Outstanding credit loan for capital requirements to serve living in Form No. 02
- Assessment of credit activity for real estate sector and serving living demand of credit institutions; difficulties, queries and suggestion for solution.

- Outstanding credit loan for real estate sector of credit institutions in Form No. 03
- Assessment of credit activity for real estate sector of credit institutions and development of real estate market in the locality; difficulties, queries and suggestion for solution.
3. In this Official Dispatch, Forms No. 01 and No. 2 shall replace the Form No. 04 in the Official Dispatch No. 13684/NHNN-CSTT dated 26 December 2007 on the sending of temporary written report; Form No. 03 shall replace the Form No. 02 in the Official Dispatch No. 1676/NHNN-CSTT dated 9 March 2006 on lending to real estate sector.
