Điều 54 Decree No. 208/2025/ND-CP dated July 17, 2025 on authority, procedures, and dossiers for formulation, appraisal, and approval of archeological planning; planning and projects on preservation, repair, and restoration of historical-cultural monuments and scenic spots; projects on construction investment, construction of works, repair, renovation, and construction of detached houses located within or outside protection zones of historical-cultural monuments, scenic spots, and world heritage sites; investment projects on construction, renovation, and upgrading of technical infrastructure works and public museum exhibitions

1. Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 9 năm 2025.

2. Trường hợp các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật dẫn chiếu để áp dụng tại Nghị định này được sửa đổi, bổ sung hoặc thay thế thì áp dụng theo quy định tại văn bản sửa đổi, bổ sung hoặc thay thế.

3. Nghị định này thay thế Nghị định số 166/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2018 của Chính phủ quy định thẩm quyền, trình tự, thủ tục lập, thẩm định, phê duyệt quy hoạch, dự án bảo quản, tu bổ, phục hồi di tích lịch sử - văn hóa, danh lam thắng cảnh; Nghị định số 67/2022/NĐ-CP ngày 21 tháng 9 năm 2022 của Chính phủ sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều 4 Nghị định số 166/2018/NĐ-CP ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2018 của Chính phủ quy định thẩm quyền, trình tự, thủ tục lập, thẩm định, phê duyệt quy hoạch, dự án bảo quản, tu bổ, phục hồi di tích lịch sử - văn hóa, danh lam thắng cảnh.
