DECISION

ABROGATING QUOTA FEES FOR TEXTILES AND GARMENTS EXPORTED TO THE U.S. MARKET

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002, detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Charges and Fees;
After obtaining the Trade Ministry's opinions in Official Letter No. 0695 TM/DM of June 13, 2005;
At the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To abrogate the quota fees for textiles and garments exported to the U.S. market provided for in the Finance Minister's Decision No. 79/2004/QD-BTC of October 11, 2004, promulgating the Table of quota fee rates for textiles and garments exported to the U.S. market.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."

Article 3.- Traders exporting textiles and garments that liable to quota fees for textiles and garments exported to the U.S. market under the Finance Minister's Decision No. 79/2004/QD-BTC of October 11, 2004, units assigned by the Trade Ministry to collect fees, and concerned agencies shall have to implement this Decision.
