ON CORRECTION OF THE FINANCE MINISTER’S DECISION No. 81/2005/QD-BTC OF NOVEMBER 18, 2005

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the December 26, 2002 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP of March 23, 2004 on CONG BAO of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To modify the phrase “Under Headings from No. 6301 to 6307” in the second line, Article 1 of Decision No. 81/2005/QD-BTC of November 18, 2005, on the implementation of the commitments in the Vietnam-US Agreement on Textile and Garment Trading, into “Under Headings from No. 6301 to 6308”.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing. The director of the Tax Policy Department, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance and concerned organizations and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
