DECISION

ON EXTENSION OF THE EFFECTIVE TERM OF CIRCULAR NO. 07/2004/TT-BYT DATED MAY 31, 2004 OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH GUIDING THE IMPORT, EXPORT OF MEDICINES AND COSMETICS THAT DIRECTLY AFFECT THE HEALTH OF THE HUMAN BEINGS

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government promulgating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decision No. 323/2005/QD-TTg dated December 7, 2005 of the Prime Minister on extension of the effective term of Circular No. 46/2001/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on the management of import and export of goods in the 2001-2005 period;
At the proposal of the director of the Vietnam Drug Administration Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To extend the effective term of "Circular No.07/2004/TT-BYT dated May 31, 2004 of the Minister of Health guiding the import and export of medicines and cosmetics that directly affect the health of the human beings till the end of 2005" till April 30, 2006.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect as from January 1, 2006.

Article 3. The director of the Office of the Ministry of Health, the director of the inspectorate of the Ministry of Health, the director of the Vietnam Drug Administration Department, the director of the Traditional Medical Department, the directors of the Services of Health of the provinces and centrally-run cities, the heads of the branches of health, the  General Director of the Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation, the directors of enterprises engaged in importing and exporting medicines and cosmetics shall have to implement this Decision.
