DECISION
ON RENT OF LAND, WATER, AND SEA SURFACES
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on foreign Investment in Vietnam dated 29 December, 1987;
Pursuant to Decree No. 139-HDBT of the Council of Ministers dated 5 September, 1988 which provided detailed regulations for the implementation of the Law on foreign Investment in Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155-HDBT of the Council of Ministers dated 15 May 1988 stipulating the function, responsibility, and organizational structure of the Ministry of finance; and
Pursuant to the delegated power of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers contained in official letter No. 231-KTDN dated 13 December, 1988 on the making of provisions for the implementation of the Law on foreign Investment in Vietnam.
DECIDES
Article 1
To promulgate, by this Decision, regulations on the rent of land, water, and sea surfaces by foreign investment organizations in Vietnam.
