ON THE CANCELLATION OF THE DECISION NO. 319/1998/QD-NHNN7 DATED 29/9/1998 OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK ON THE REPORTING OF THE DAILY FOREIGN CURRENCY RECEIPT AND PAYMENT

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

- Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam issued in 1997; the Law on the amendment, supplement of several articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam issued in 2003;
- Pursuant to the Law on the issuance of legal documents issued in 1996; the Law on the amendment, supplement of several articles of the Law on the issuance of legal documents issued in 2002;
- Pursuant to the Decree No.52/2003/ND-CP dated 19/5/2003 of the Government providing for the function, assignment, authority and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Foreign Exchange Control Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To cancel the Decision No.319/1998/QD-NHNN7 dated 29/91998 of the Governor of the State Bank on the reporting of the daily foreign currency receipt and payment.

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective after 15 days since its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of Administrative Department, Heads of related units of the State Bank, Managers of the State Bank branches in provinces, cities under the Central Government’s management, Chairperson of the Board of Directors, General Managers (Managers) of authorized banks shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
