THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Governments Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine, promulgated on February 15, 1993;
Pursuant to the Regulation on the management of plant protection drugs, issued together with the Governments Decree No. 92/CP of November 27, 1993 guiding the implementation of the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine;
At the proposals of the director of the Plant Protection Department and the director of the Department of Science, Technology and Product Quality.

Article 5.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
The Plant Protection Department shall have to guide in detail the safe and effective use of the above-mentioned plant protection drugs.
