ON PROMULGATION OF THE LIST OF INSECTICIDAL AND MICROBICIDAL CHEMICALS AND PREPARATIONS FOR HOUSEHOLD AND MEDICAL USES BY HS CODE SPECIFIED IN EXPORT AND IMPORT TARIFFS UNDER SPECIALIZED MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRY OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Law on chemicals n^o 06/2007/QH12 dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2012/ND-CP dated 31 August 2012 on functions, missions, authority and organizational structure of the Minister of Health;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 on elaborating the implementation of the Commercial Law with regard to international trade in goods and agencies' sale, purchase, processing and transit of goods for foreign principals;

At the request of the Head of the Health Environment Management Agency - Ministry of Health;

Minister of Health promulgates the Circular that defines the list of insecticidal and microbicidal chemicals and preparations for household and medical uses by HS code specified in export and import tariffs under specialized management of the Ministry of Health.

Article 1. This Circular is enclosed with the List of insecticidal and microbicidal chemicals and preparations for household and medical uses by HS code specified in export and import tariffs under specialized management of the Ministry of Health.

Difficulties shall be reported to the Ministry of Health (Health Environment Management Agency) for solutions./.
