Thu hồi mã, số viễn thông, tài nguyên internet

"Thu hồi mã, số viễn thông, tài nguyên internet" được hiểu như sau:

7. Thu hồi mã, số viễn thông, tài nguyên Internet là việc cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, đơn vị được giao nhiệm vụ quản lý tài nguyên Internet quyết định thu lại mã, số viễn thông, tài nguyên Internet đã phân bổ, cấp cho tổ chức, doanh nghiệp, cá nhân.

Ngoài ra "Thu hồi mã, số viễn thông, tài nguyên internet" cũng được hiểu là:
