"mã điểm báo hiệu quốc gia" được hiểu như sau:

30. Mã điểm báo hiệu quốc gia (National Signaling Point Code - NSPC) là mã định tuyến kỹ thuật tuân thủ theo khuyến nghị ITU-T Q.708 có giá trị từ 1 đến 16384 theo hệ đếm thập phân, sử dụng để nhận biết một điểm báo hiệu (Signaling Point - SP) trong mạng báo hiệu quốc gia sử dụng hệ thống báo hiệu số 7 (Signaling System No.7 - SS7).
