"cấp mã, số viễn thông" được hiểu như sau:

4. Cấp mã, số viễn thông là việc tổ chức, doanh nghiệp cấp mã, số viễn thông đã được phân bổ cho thành viên của tổ chức, doanh nghiệp và thuê bao viễn thông.
