Due to technical errors, the Government’s Decree No. 125/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020, prescribing sanctioning of administrative violations arising from taxes and invoices shall be rectified as follows:

1. Clause 3, Article 19 in the Decree No. 125/2020/ND-CP stating: “…The amounts of fine imposed on natural persons shall conform to the principles prescribed in clause 5, Article 4 herein.” is now changed to: "… The amounts of fine imposed on natural persons shall conform to the principles prescribed in clause 5, Article 5 herein.”

2. The title of Article 29 in the Decree No. 125/2020/ND-CP:  “Article 29. Penalties for violations against regulations on the act of preparing and delivering invoice-related notices. reports” is now changed to: “Article 29. Penalties for violations against regulations on the act of preparing and delivering invoice-related notices, reports”.

3. In the Remark section, the abbreviation “Q.” in front of the head title in No. [18], Form No. 01/QD; No. [9], Form No. 02/QD; No. [18], Form No. 03/QD; No. [11], Form No. 04/QD; No. [17], Form No. 06/QD; No. [10], Form No. 07/QD; No. [11], Form No. 08/QD; No. [13], Form No. 09/QD; No. [14], Form No. 10/QD; No. [14], Form No. 11/QD in the Appendices to the Decree No. 125/2020/ND-CP, is now changed to the abbreviation “KT.” in front of the head title./.
