RESOLUTION
PROMULGATING RESOURCE ROYALTY RATE SCHEDULE
STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13;
Pursuant to the Law on Resource Royalties No. 45/2009/QH12, amended by the Law No. 71/2014/QH13;
Based on Statement No. 458/TTr-CP dated September 29, 2015 of the Government of Vietnam; Verification Report No. 3161/BC-UBTCNS13 dated December 8, 2015 of the Finance and Budget Committee on the draft Resolution on amendments to Resolution No. 712/2013/UBTVQH13 dated December 16, 2013 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam on promulgation of resource royalty rate schedule,

The Resource Royalty Rate Schedule based on the resource royalty rate framework prescribed in Article 7 of the Law on Resource Royalties No. 45/2009/QH12, amended by Law No. 71/2014/QH13, is promulgated together with this Resolution.
Article 2
This Resolution comes into force as of July 1, 2016.
The Resolution No. 712/2013/UBTVQH13 dated December 16, 2013 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of Vietnam shall cease to have effect from the effective date of this Resolution./.
